You probably know it, at the end of last month took place Menswear Fashion Weeks in the four great capitals - Paris, London, Milan and New York. For the occasion, I prepared a series of my favorite collections for each week. At Paris', my favorite was without any doubt Balmain's : inspired by Gainsbourg, the sailor theme, and the mix of fabrics made the task of choosing 3 favorite looks impossible for me! Each piece is simply gorgeous. Among my other crushes, I have to mention Damir Doma, Dries Van Noten, Issey Miyake, Lanvin, Opening Ceremony, Thom Browne and Walter Van Beirendonck. The two latters stood out particularly for the theatrical side of the outfits. Special shoutouts to Ami and Rick Owens, for their distinctive staging. The first reproduced an airport waiting room in Palais de Tokyo, while the other created a true hardcore show, a UFO in this Week that ended up being quite classic. All pictures are from Style.com, and I invite you to discover the whole collections there!
